The Jack Nicklaus Golf Course

If you're a golfer, then Isla del Mar is the place for you to live. Enjoy the stunning course at this community every day!

The Jack Nicklaus Golf Course is a challenging course with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and the lagoons. Even though there are only 9 holes, the course is an 18-hole course. To make it 18, they have different tee boxes to give the course a different look. This course is very tough as every hole has water on the sides or surrounding the green. You have the desert on the other side of the hole as well as elevated greens to keep you on your toes. This is a perfect course for a golf tournament and they do a great job of putting it together for you.

When you are done you can enjoy a drink and some food at the restaurant on the property while enjoying the views. It's located inside the clubhouse and it's open for breakfast and lunch.

The rates, considering the beauty and prestige of this course, are considered very reasonable! The rack rate for 9 holes is $40, while it is $60 for an 18 hole. For a junior player, the cost is $20 for either 9 or 18 holes.

Islas del Mar Community

Isla del Mar is a 700 acre master planned community just 15 minutes for central Puerto Peñasco. It has 1.5 miles of Sea of Cortez beachfront property. Additionally, there are both waterfront and seawater lagoons for the homes, townhomes and villas.

Between the 4 phases of the region, it has 106 lots. Costa Divina, when complete, will have 42 ocean front condos while Eagle Village will have 31 waterfront townhomes. All of the units are built using top of the line material and incredible floor plans.
