Available on the lunch menu, this salmon is a house specialty! On top of the salmon filet, you'll find honey-mustard aioli. In addition, you will receive your choice of side - mashed potatoes, fries, or broccoli. Alternatively, you can sub your side for a salad or cup of soup for an additional charge.

Chicken-Bacon-Artichoke Pasta

This popular Italian dish comes with sauteed chicken strips, sauteed onions, and bacon bits. Vegetable-wise, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and spinach are tossed into the mix. Tortellini noodles are the base and the sauce for this dish is a delicious garlic cream sauce. During dinner service, you can even build your own pasta!

SW Prime Rib

The SW Prime Rib is a mouth-watering lunch sandwich. The dish starts with shaved prime rib. Next, there is pepper jack cheese, red onion, tomato, avocado, and chipotle aioli. This sandwich comes on grilled sourdough. Also, you will get a side of fries or homemade coleslaw. For an extra charge, you can upgrade your side to sweet potato fries, onion rings, salad, or soup.

Southwest Brisket Burger

Known for their burgers, you can't go wrong with any choice on either the lunch or dinner menu. However, this burger is famous for its originality!
