The Old Spruce Tavern is located in the heart of Snowshoe Village. The menu offers a wonderful selection of lunch items to choose from including soups, salads, and sandwiches. In addition, they carry the best beer selection on the mountain!

The Old Spruce Tavern, Old Spruce Draft House, and Old Spruce Brewery are all privately owned. While the Tavern and Draft House are both located inside the Village, Old Spruce Brewery is on Rescue Road, near Silver Creek Resort.

Inside the Tavern there is bar seating and around ten sit-down tables. Just about 40 people can fit inside because the building itself is pretty small. Keep in mind, this spot can get pretty packed! There are a few tables outside as well, but depending on the whether you won't want to be exposed to the elements during your meal.

The most ordered items on the menu include the Tavern's signature sandwiches. Most sandwiches come in a grilled panini form, but there is a good variety for all palettes to choose from. We highly recommend the Steak and Cheese, The Lost Cuban, and the Alicia's Double H. However, all options are crowd-pleasers!

Desserts

Wrap up your meal with a decadent dessert! The cookie smash is the popular choice on the menu. This treat includes vanilla ice cream between two chocolate chunk cookies. Then, it's topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Other options include a Slatyfork Sundae, plain vanilla ice cream, and West Virginia made cheesecake.
