The Junction Ale House is located across from the MAC (Mountain Adventure Center) in Snowshoe Village. They offer tasty American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! As one of the largest restaurants in Snowshoe Village, they have plenty of seating. In addition, the menu offers a large selection of choices for even the pickiest eaters.
The exterior of the building is charming and has a modern farmhouse feel to it. It's particularly beautiful in the winter, when there is snow falling and covering the roof. During the summer, they offer outdoor dining. Inside the restaurant, there is a private area off to the left. This is the Ale House. They offer the same food menu as the restaurant, but it's more of a bar environment.

Breakfast
At breakfast, the menu is typical for what you'd expect. There are only a few choices, but they're classics! If you have a sweet tooth or small appetite, choose from French toast, pancakes, or avocado toast. For something more hearty, order biscuits and gravy or the Mountaineer breakfast. With the Mountaineer, you'll get two eggs cooked your way, breakfast potatoes, and your choice of bacon or sausage. There aren't too many breakfast options on the mountain, so this is a good restaurant to stop by in the morning.
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
You can never go wrong with Chicken Broccoli Alfredo! The amount of creamy, white parmesan cream sauce on this dish is generous. Also, the chicken breast is high quality and cooked to perfection. You won't be disappointed with this after a long day on the slopes, it's sure to fill your tummy.
Chicken Club Sandwich
The Chicken Club starts with a butterflied and grilled chicken breast. On top, it comes with garden greens, applewood smoked bacon, and sriracha mayo. All served in a crispy baked ciabatta roll. This handheld is as delicious as it is photogenic! Burgers and sandwiches come with your choice of sides, though the default is regular French fries. Try it with sweet potato fries for a healthier choice, they're delicious here!
Teriyaki Glazed Salmon
This is a local favorite and beautiful dish. Served on top of a bed of wild rice and a vegetable medley, this is also a healthier choice on the menu! Keep in mind that the main entrees on the menu aren't available until after 5:00PM.
Chocolate Chip Cookie
The chocolate chip cookie a la mode is much bigger than you would think. This cookie is definitely shareable with a table of 4. Freshly baked and hot on arrival with high quality, cold ice cream on top? It's the perfect way to top off your meal. In addition, it also comes with a drizzle of sweet toffee caramel sauce.
Local Tips
- Entrees on the lunch/dinner menu are only served after 5PM.
- To the left side of the restaurant upon entry, there is a separate smaller room which is the Ale House.
