Driving to Snowshoe

When driving to Snowshoe, one key thing to keep in mind is that our mountainous location can make GPS less reliable than normal and cell service is limited, so you may want to do some pre trip planning and utilize turn-by-turn directions.

Snowshoe Transportation Options

Transportation shuttles are available across the mountain top during the following hours: Thursday – Saturday: 8:00am – 6:00pm. To request a shuttle, please call 304.572.5808

Parking

For day visitors, there is FREE parking in the main parking lot across from the Snowshoe Village and at Top of the World.

The best pet-friendly rentals in Snowshoe are private homes or the townhomes available at the Camp 4 Community. Only select townhomes at Camp 4 are pet-friendly.

All of our Snowshoe Vacation Rentals are kid-friendly! Though some resorts do have more amenities tailored to kids. Silver Creek offers on-site restaurants, an arcade room, kids movie theatre, and indoor/outdoor pool. Not to mention, they are a ski in/out resort.

Mountain Lodge is also a great resort option for kids since they have an arcade room and small playground area. Mountain Lodge is also ski in/ski out.
