Our story begins in 2003, when local attorney David Sockol took over a spot then called Apropos. His goal? Creating a relaxing, scenic dining destination. He invested in upgrades, such as a roomy outdoor deck and a large awning, allowing customers to enjoy the water views in comfort. The shift created a memorable open-air dining experience.
While Fesco's has thrived, overcoming storms, tough seasons, and economic shifts, the major renovation of St. Pete Pier in 2020 attracted more visitors. The influx of tourists to the pier transformed the restaurant from a mostly seasonal choice to a year-round favorite.

The Poke Tuna Bowl is another menu highlight! This Asian-inspired classic features Sashimi-grade tuna, sesame seeds, carrots, cucumber, spring mix, avocado, ginger, seaweed salad, and wasabi peas.
