About

It all started at a 2010 charity event when Laura told Karen, "The guys should get together" to discuss creating a brewery. Being the doting husbands they were, Bryon and Colin met (over some pints, of course) to dream.

With the seed planted, the couples united to make their passion a reality, and in 2013, Bent Paddle Brewing Co. was established.

At the heart of the couple's passion at Bent Paddle Brewing Co. is a shared vision of crafting exceptional beer while minimizing its environmental impact. Their journey has led to a 30-barrel brewhouse in Duluth. Over the years, their commitment to eco-friendly brewing practices and community engagement has grown stronger.

The brewery's name, "Bent Paddle," is a tribute to the team's love of the great outdoors and Lake Superior while highlighting its mission to "bend" traditional beer styles.

Bent Paddle Brewing Co. is renowned for its craft beers, sustainability efforts, and bringing friends together over a cold pint.
